Jason Dale Patrick, 44, of Amarillo died Monday, January 15, 2018.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2018, at South Lawn Baptist Church with Greg Kinch officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Jason was born November 23, 1973, in Amarillo to Lewayne and Malinda Patrick. He was known as "Amarillo Piano Man". Jason loved his children and baseball. He attended South Lawn Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his sister, April.

Survivors include his parents, Lewayne "Calvin" and Malinda Patrick; two sons, Austin and Collier Patrick; a daughter, Kavri Patrick; a brother, Jerry Patrick and wife, Valerie; and the mothers of his children, Miklannet Tennal and Wendy Patrick.
